✨ About Your Reiki Teacher
My name is Gaye (Gaynor), and I am a fully qualified Reiki Master Teacher. I am trained to teach and pass attunements within the Usui System of Natural Healing, guiding students all the way through to Master Teacher level.
I hold full professional indemnity insurance, ensuring that all training is delivered safely and professionally. I am also a registered member of the IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine), and all courses I offer are fully accredited by this respected professional body.
My teaching approach is warm, supportive, and heart-centred, creating a safe space for students to grow in confidence, deepen their understanding of Reiki, and develop their own unique connection to this beautiful healing energy.
✨ What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a gentle, heart-centred healing practice that works with the Universal Life Force Energy — the natural energy that flows through all living things. During a Reiki treatment, the practitioner becomes a clear channel for this loving energy, allowing it to flow through them and into the recipient.
Reiki is often described as an intelligent and compassionate energy, intuitively moving to where it is most needed to support balance, relaxation, and natural healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. Originating in Japan, Reiki was rediscovered in the late 19th century by Dr Mikao Usui, whose teachings continue to guide this beautiful system of natural healing today

All Reiki Levels I, II, and III are delivered as one-day immersive workshops running from 10:00am to 4:00pm, designed to support your learning in a relaxed, nurturing environment.

This level is designed for those who feel called to teach, guide, and pass Reiki on to others with confidence and integrity.

✨ Reiki Training Pathway
Reiki training is divided into four progressive levels, each designed to deepen your understanding and confidence in working with this gentle healing energy.
Reiki One
Suitable for anyone working in a caring profession or for those who wish to heal themselves, family, friends, and pets. Reiki is a wonderful skill to have, especially with small children and babies, who respond beautifully to its gentle energy. Reiki is safe for all ages and can also be used for self-treatments during pregnancy and childbirth.
Reiki Two
This level enables you to practise as a professional therapist and charge for your time. Reiki Two significantly expands your healing abilities through the introduction of sacred Reiki symbols, allowing you to work more deeply and effectively.
Reiki Three (Master Level)
This stage advances your practice to Master level with the addition of a further symbol, supporting greater energetic awareness and mastery of Reiki.
Reiki Four (Master Teacher Level)
At this level, you are qualified to attune others and pass on your Reiki knowledge to your own students. You will develop your own training manuals and teaching materials, enabling you to teach with confidence and professionalism.
All courses are taught in accordance with the guidelines set by the UK Reiki Council and UK Reiki Federation, and are fully accredited by the IPHM.
