There are many reasons why someone would need an energy clearance. It may be that a spirit friend has linked onto you for some reason, maybe they are looking for help in some way: we can also collect negative energy within our aura in our day to day lives.

Negative energy can come from someone being spiteful to you, anger, jealousy, someone else's stuff etc. Most of us can shake it off, but there are times in our lives for whatever reason we are unable to do this. This then can become a problem.

The negative energy lurks in our aura and feeds of our own negativity. The stronger it gets within our aura, the more negative thoughts we begin to think, this, in turn, forms a downward spiral. As our thoughts create our future, so our future becomes damped, stuck, depressive and the outlook often looks bleak.

During an energy clearance, the build-up of negative energy is removed, allowing your aura to breath again and allowing your positive thoughts to emerge once again, thus allowing you to create a more positive future for yourself.

Why do we collect negative energy within our aura?

It may be that you have holes or gaps in your aura, or that you have lost some soul fragments (See soul retrieval). Our soul is made up of lots of tiny fragments, a bit like a huge jigsaw. During times of trauma or stress in our lives, we can lose bits of our jigsaw or soul fragments, leaving gaps in our soul and aura. This leaves space for negative energy to gather. Having a Reiki Treatment or other energy healing can remove the negative and fill the gaps full of positive energy for a time, but it's a bit like a sticky plaster, eventually, it falls off leaving room to collect the negative energy again. It may be worth thinking about having a soul retrieval once you have undergone an energy clearance.
