Many people believe they must memorise dozens of card meanings before they can read the Tarot with confidence. This often leads to frustration, self-doubt, and readings that feel stiff or uncertain.
In truth, Tarot is a symbolic and intuitive language, one that is meant to be felt as much as it is understood. When you learn to trust your natural intuitive responses to the imagery of the cards, the messages begin to flow far more easily and authentically.
In this workshop, you will be gently guided away from rigid memorisation and towards a more natural, confident way of working. You will learn how to recognise the core meanings of the cards while allowing your own intuitive insight to bring the reading to life.
When you stop trying to “remember everything” and start learning how to truly connect, the Tarot becomes clearer, richer, and far more enjoyable to read.

If you have tried to learn Tarot from books and felt stuck, or have been teaching yourself but don’t feel you are progressing, this workshop could be exactly what you’ve been looking for.
This intensive one-day workshop is designed to help you read Tarot intuitively and with growing confidence. You will learn the core meanings of the cards and, more importantly, how to interpret them using your own natural intuitive abilities.
You will be gently guided in how to begin linking cards together to form a reading, and how to develop this into a clear, flowing spread. As your confidence grows, you will also be encouraged to awaken and incorporate your other intuitive senses, allowing your readings to become richer and more personally guided.
This workshop is taught without the use of books or slide presentations, keeping the focus on your direct connection with the cards. You will, however, receive a helpful handout to support your continued practice at home. There is no single “right” way to interpret the cards, and you are very welcome to bring and work with your own Tarot deck.
By the end of the day, you should feel comfortable performing a reading and enjoy a renewed sense of confidence in your intuitive and psychic abilities.

Do I need any prior experience with Tarot?
A basic familiarity with the Tarot is helpful, but you do not need to be an experienced reader. The workshop is gently guided and adapted to suit your current level, even if you are a complete beginner.
Do I need to attend Any Other Workshop first?
No. Although if you have attended other workshops, you are still welcome to come to this one.
What should I bring with me?
Please bring your own Tarot deck if you have one, along with a notebook and pen. If you are unsure about your deck, guidance can be given on the day. Decks based around the Rider Waite Style are encouraged.
Will I receive course materials?
Yes. Although the workshop is taught without books or presentations to encourage intuitive development, you will receive a supportive handout to continue your practice at home.
I lack confidence in my abilities, is this suitable for me?
Absolutely. Many students attend because they feel stuck or unsure. The day is designed to gently build your confidence and help you trust your own intuitive guidance.
What will I be able to do by the end of the workshop?
By the end of the day, you should feel comfortable linking the cards together and performing a clear, intuitive Tarot reading with renewed confidence.
How many other students will there be on the workshop?
Workshops are generally booked as one to one to give you the time to learn at your own level, whether you are a complete beginner or just need to build your self-confidence. Saying this, if you wish to bring a friend with you, you will both be able to work together and will receive a 20% discount each.
This course is designed to give you the best start in your Tarot Journey. Gaynor is an approved trainer with the IPHM and this course is fully accredited and certificated. It is suitable for complete beginners or those wanting to gain confidence in reading the Tarot.
